The Oscar award-winning, Hollywood actor, Morgan Freeman left regular attendees of the mosque based in Queens park, London baffled as the actor recorded for his documentary about God and different religions.

Approximately 1000 attendees were at the mosque, including the 79-year-old who previously played God in comedy Bruce Almighty. Mr Freeman attended Al-Khoei Foundation to commemorate the Shiite Muslim holiday of Ashura Day, a day to observe the martyrdom of Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) grandson, Hussein ibn Ali.
Morgan Freeman arrived at the mosque to record footage for his National Geographic documentary series, The Story of God with Morgan Freeman.
The mosque’s director of public affairs, Yousif Al-Khoei OBE, who shrouded the visit in secrecy, told the Brent & Kilburn Times "Mr Morgan spent three hours talking to members and he was very keen to bring a better understanding of faith communities and everything we symbolise."
Muslims on social media were also a little amused by the visit.
